Elli Charger Generation 1 and 2 in comparison

Elli Charger 1 VS. Elli Charger 2
In this article we compare the wallboxes Elli Charger Connect/Pro the first generation with the new Elli Charger Connect/Pro 2We will discuss the most important differences, special features, and possible applications so that you can find the charging solution that best suits your needs – whether for private use, a company car, or in combination with a photovoltaic system.
We focus on the Elli version of the wallboxes; however, there are or were also models with Skoda, Cupra, Seat, Audi and VW-Logo (for Gen 1) or Elli, VW, Cupralogo (on Gen 2). The difference lies in the corresponding Brand app, which controls the respective box; technically, the versions under the different logos are identical (apart from the differences between Gen 1 and Gen 2 as well as Connect and Pro).
Although there is a 4.5 m cable option for both the first and second generation, in this article we will always refer to the 7.5 m cable variant, because we do not offer the 4.5 m version and a longer cable offers more flexibility when parking, better covers different vehicle positions and thus ensures easier handling.
