Our return guarantee makes your online purchases risk-free: If you are dissatisfied with an item, we offer you the option of free self-return. Simple, uncomplicated, and at no additional cost! Register your return online in your Customer portal After approval from our customer service, print the return label and drop off the item at a DHL branch near you or give it to a DHL driver. This way, you enjoy complete flexibility and security with every purchase from MOTOMINDS.
Please note that all We will inspect the items. In the case of significant signs of wear, defective or opened bottles, missing parts from the delivery, or incorrect items, we cannot issue refunds or can only issue partial refunds. To avoid misunderstandings, please contact our customer service in advance and only return registered items.
For normal returns of already connected wallboxes, a full refund is not possible. The wallbox must be unlinked from your customer account before returning it, and the QR code for registering the wallbox must be included; otherwise, it will not be usable. The complete scope of delivery must be present in all cases. This does not apply to warranty claims.
If items such as trunk liners or rubber mats are not suitable, we will be happy to help you find or obtain the correct items - if they are not listed in our shop.
