Our return guarantee makes your online purchases with us risk-free: If you are dissatisfied with an item, we offer you the option of free self-return. Simple, straightforward, and completely free of charge! Register your return online in your Customer portal Once approved by our customer service, print the return label and drop off the item at a DHL branch near you or hand the return to a DHL driver. This way you enjoy complete flexibility and security with every purchase from MOTOMINDS.

Please note that all All items will be inspected by us. In cases of significant wear and tear, defective or opened bottles, missing parts, or incorrect items, we cannot issue refunds or may only issue partial refunds. To avoid misunderstandings, please contact our customer service beforehand and only return items that have been registered with us.

For standard returns of already connected wallboxes: A full refund is not possible. The wallbox must be disconnected from your customer account before return, and the QR code for registering the wallbox must be included, otherwise it cannot be used. All original packaging components must be included. This policy does not apply to warranty claims.

Should articles like z.B. If boot liners or rubber mats are not suitable, we will gladly help you find or procure the correct items – if they are not listed in our shop.
