Our sustainable shipping solutions

DHL's Go Green concept: We use DHL's "Go Green" concept. This program offsets the CO2 emissions generated by shipping through investments in climate protection projects worldwide. In this way, we help to minimize the environmental impact of shipping.

Environmentally friendly packaging: Our packaging is made from partially recycled materials and is 100% recyclable. We avoid plastic and instead rely on environmentally friendly alternatives such as paper tape and biodegradable paper padding. If we do occasionally use plastic, it's because we're reusing plastic padding.

Efficient logistics: Through optimized logistics processes and the consolidation of orders, we reduce the number of transports and thus the environmental impact.
Robust packaging materials: We rely on particularly durable packaging materials that can be reused multiple times. These packages are designed to withstand transport undamaged and can be used several times before they need to be recycled.

Already used boxes: To conserve resources, we use cardboard boxes that have already been in circulation. These boxes are in good condition and meet all requirements for safe delivery.

Measures to avoid returns: To minimize returns, we implement various measures. For items such as rubber mats, we contact our customers by email to ensure that the order meets their expectations. This reduces unnecessary returns and protects the environment.

Electronic invoices: We send invoices and order confirmations exclusively by email to reduce paper consumption.
