K&K M7500 - The double-sided marten deterrent device
The M7500 marten deterrent device reliably protects your vehicle from martens, cats, and other animals. Unlike conventional systems, the M7500 uses the vehicle's sheet metal itself as a speaker. This allows the ultrasound to be emitted directly through the hood – both inwards and outwards. This protects not only cables and hoses in the engine compartment, but also the hood and roof from scratches, droppings, and other damage.
The generated warning tone reaches a volume of approximately 110 decibels, comparable to that of a passing ICE train. Inaudible to humans, it clearly has a deterrent effect on animals.
