The flexible, genuine Volkswagen Basic Flex bike rack offers the optimal solution for transporting two bikes and is specifically designed for the tow bar of vehicles such as the VW Caddy and Multivan models such as the T5, T6, T6.1, and T7. Thanks to its particularly large folding angle, the rack allows easy access to the trunk at any time, even when the bikes are already securely fastened. This is made possible by an easy-to-use foot lever that activates the folding mechanism.

The rack is particularly suitable for transporting e-bikes. The generous spacing between the rails provides ample space for the electric bikes' batteries. Installing the rack is incredibly easy: Place the rack on the tow bar, press down the hand lever, and lock it. An integrated lock on the lever provides additional protection against theft.

The removable spacers are equipped with an anti-theft device, and together with the quick-release fasteners, they make the carrier particularly user-friendly. The carrier is equipped with an original Volkswagen license plate holder and features an easily foldable frame that allows for quick folding and compact storage.

An optional extension kit is available for transporting a third bicycle.

Compatibility:

• Note: Suitable for vehicles with Fix4Bike tow bar. To avoid damage, the handlebars should be rotated 90° to ensure sufficient distance between the bike and the vehicle.

A notice: The bike rack is not foldable and therefore takes up more space when not in use.
