The Elli Charger Pro 2 Eichrecht is universally compatible with all electric vehicles with a type 2 connection. The robust design, weather resistance and high-quality workmanship ensure reliable continuous operation both indoors and outdoors.

The Elli Charger Pro 2 Eichrecht can currently only be operated with the Elli backend. The connection of further backends is currently in preparation. For specific backend requirements, we recommend contacting in advance.
If you have any technical problems, questions or other concerns regarding the wallbox or its installation, please contact Elli support directly first. They will be able to help you quickly and specifically. Please do not simply return supposedly defective devices to us without first contacting Elli. In many cases, the problem can be solved by remote analysis or configuration assistance.
We can only provide limited support here, as we also have to forward many inquiries to Elli first - which is associated with longer waiting times.
Electrician required for connection
In accordance with § 14a of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG), the Elli Wallbox can be controlled using various communication protocols and systems. These include OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) and EEBus.
Of course, it can also be controlled by a HEMS (Home Energy Management System), which may already be available in combination with a photovoltaic system (PV system).
It is also possible for the grid operator to provide a ripple control receiver. In this case, the grid operator can also regulate the power of the wallbox and throttle it if necessary.
